Landlord Ledger is a rental property receipt, expense, mileage, unit, and report tracking app for small landlords. The app is designed to operate locally on your device. We do not operate servers that collect or store your personal data.

Landlord Ledger does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to external servers.

Camera, Photo Library, and File Access

Landlord Ledger may request access to your camera, photo library, or files so you can scan receipts, import images, or import PDF documents. These files are processed locally on your device.

OCR Processing

Text recognition is performed on device. Receipt images and extracted text are not sent to our servers.

Export, Backup, and Sharing

Landlord Ledger allows you to export CSV reports, receipt files, and backup files. These files are created only when you choose to export or share them.

Once you share exported files with another app or service, that app or service handles the data according to its own privacy practices.

Security

Landlord Ledger may use device-provided security features such as Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode protection. Password-related information is stored locally and is not transmitted to external servers.

Third-Party Services

Landlord Ledger does not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

Children's Privacy

Landlord Ledger is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
